The couple has a spectacular view, but it isn't evident from the street. The narrow front yard sits on a hill, creating a difficult space to landscape. One of the biggest challenges is fixing the steep driveway, which makes it tricky to get cars in and out of the garage. In addition, the design will have to work around the city street lamp.
