Krista Watterworth

Television personality, journalist and interior designer Krista Watterworth is the host and designer of HGTV's Splurge and Save. In recent years, she also has appeared in other HGTV series including HGTV's Save My Bath, You Should Live Here, Kitchens and Baths 2007, Ultimate Bathrooms, 25 Biggest Decorating Mistakes and The Big Reveal.

A small-town girl from Connecticut, Krista studied sociology and art as an undergraduate student. She also earned a Master of Fine Arts degree from the Actors Studio at The New School, and studied interior design at Parsons School of Design, which has made her design expertise both technical and artistic.

Additionally, Krista has been a regular guest on various television and radio programs, and has been featured in many publications including The New York Times, Newsday, NY Daily News, Designer Dream Homes, CNNMoney and U.S. News & World Report.
