Both pieces are painted gray and then small legs are screwed onto the bottom to make them look more like furniture. The banquette is lined with seat cushions made with the same fabric used for the window treatments. The homeowner's chairs are painted orange to match the kitchen island. A white, secondhand table brightens up and rounds out the seating area.
