Texas Couple Looks for a Rental Property on the Gulf of Mexico

Michelle, a real estate professional from Austin, and her husband, Pat, are in the market for a beachfront rental property in the community of Treasure Island, just outside of Galveston, Texas. They're looking for a good investment opportunity, as well as a place for their son Max to live while he finishes up college in Galveston. Michelle wants a beachfront fixer that she can put her own stamp on, but Pat wants something newer that's move in ready.
