Switching Sides of the Motor City

Samaria Murray is a single mother and full-time student pursuing a finance degree at Davenport University. She also works full time. She has been renting a two-bedroom, one-bathroom flat on the west side of Detroit for three years now. Her current space is very compact, with the tiny dining room serving as both a place to eat as well as a study area. She is now looking to move into a safe, family friendly neighborhood on the east side of the "Motor City" and home of Motown. Real estate agent Tamara Smith has been enlisted to help.
