Seeking a Sense of Community

Realtor Dean Rose has worked in the Dallas area for the past 10 years and is great at helping his clients find what they want. Now he has a huge challenge on his hands--finding the right home for himself. He lives in a trendy townhome with a beautiful view of the Dallas skyline. It has been the perfect space for him and his new dog, but it is four levels and the stairs can get tiring after awhile. Having lived in a more residential part of Dallas, he misses the sense of community he found there and would like to move back. He would prefer an older home, perhaps a rancher. He would like three bedrooms so he can have both a guest room and an office. A colleague, who lives in the neighborhood where he would like to find a home, is helping him with his search.
