Ready to Own

Kim Stempien's whole world revolves around her rental apartment. She and her dog and two cats have called it home for the past six years. She runs a home-based business, so the apartment is also her workplace. This self-described homebody is now ready to make the transition from renter to home owner. She enjoys relaxing outdoors, so her new home must have a large and private yard.
