Laurel and Tim Schreiners live on Bainbridge Island, one of the many islands that surround downtown Seattle. Just a short ferry ride from the city, the island offers the couple the best of both worlds--proximity to their jobs in the city and the feeling of living in the woods. Their sprawling 3,200 square-foot rental home looks somewhat like a modern cabin and is perfect in every other way except that it is not their own. They are looking for a house on the island with at least three bedrooms and two main living areas. To help in their search, they have enlisted the help of real estate agent Vicki Fazinni.
