No More Fixer-Uppers

Sandy and Paul Fredericks currently live in a three-bedroom Spanish hacienda with their daughter, Francesca. Since they bought the home, they've done a lot of work to make this fixer-upper look beautiful inside and out. Over time, though, space has become an issue--there's not enough inside and too much outside. They have decided to search for a newer home that doesn't need much work. Some of the criteria will be two stories, four bedrooms, a pool and some extra rooms for an office and workout room. Real estate agent Shelly Cole knows this market very well, but concedes that finding a home with these requirements may not be that easy.
