New House Needed Fast

Sylvia and Joe Ross moved from Washington, D.C., to Portland, Ore. a year ago, and lovingly restored a gorgeous four-story Victorian near downtown. The couple thought they were going to be transferred, so they put their house up for sale, and it sold in days.
