Migrating to Midtown

After living in New York for several years, voice-over artist Yvette Lowenthal moved to Los Angeles to pursue an acting career. Now she's back in Manhattan and renting a studio loft in the Financial District for $3,000 a month. Tired of being far away from work, shopping and New York's happening nightlife, she is now ready to buy a one-bedroom apartment in Midtown Manhattan. With her two shaggy roommates, dogs Licky and Spirit, in tow, Yvette she is prepared to plunk down up to $500,000 to find just the right pad. Real estate agent Michele Lee agrees to help with her quest.
