Making it Right in St. Louis

Amy & Josh Kell took a financial bath when they sold their home in an emerging neighborhood in Chicago. They lost $140,000 in the deal and are a bit gun shy as they embark on buying a home in St. Louis, Missouri. This time around they're determined to spend no more than $425,000 and they want to buy in an established neighborhood. The first home they see is a Victorian with a huge yard that would be great for their 2-year-old son Trevor. But a noisy highway and outdated interior kills the deal for Amy. They see two more homes, but both have problems. Will they be able to settle for a less than perfect home?
