Leaving Dorm Life Behind

Twenty-four-year-old Steve Hobbs has been living with a roommate in a tiny campus dorm room for the past two years. The 150-square-foot residence leaves a lot to be desired--it's very cramped, extremely messy and offers no privacy whatsoever. Add a strained relationship with his roommate to the mix, and it's easy to understand why he is so eager to have a place of his own. There are only a couple of months until graduation, so finding a home of his own is becoming urgent. Will he be able to keep one eye on his grades and the other on a house hunt? Real estate agent Teresa Todd intends to make sure of it.
