House With Room to Grow

Kris Assad and Negin Mosaheb have been engaged for three years and intend on marrying shortly. They are looking to buy a house that he can live in until they marry. She is a graduate student and lives with her parents. He has been living in a spacious one-bedroom apartment. They spend a lot of time together at the apartment already, but once they are married they will need more space. They would like to find a three-bedroom home in a nice area where they can start a family. They don't mind if it needs some fixing up--in fact they look forward to experimenting with new decorating techniques. They would also like for their home to have garage to house all his toys and maybe even a pool. Can they find a home they are both willing to commit to, before they say "I do"?
