Nine months after their wedding, the honeymoon's not over for Martica and Gus Membiela. With space tight in their posh Miami Beach condo, the couple is ready to find a larger home and start a family. They currently live in what's called a condo/hotel, a unique combination of hotel rooms and condominiums that come with all the amenities of a high-class hotel. It is simply too small to entertain friends and family, and Gus wants an extra bedroom for an office. They decide to look for a home in the nearby community of Coral Gables. Real estate agent Jackie Cabrera is confident she can find a place to suit their needs.
