Steve Butow and Michelle Frank are experienced renovators who thought they could handle buying a fixer upper. They invested in an 80-year-old Spanish bungalow in a neighborhood great for raising their son. They love their home but keep finding problems including a threatening sinkhole. Certified home inspector Steve Ramos uncovers even more problems including damp windows and water damage around the house. But the sinkhole problem isn't as bad as feared, and Ramos says it will be a simple fix.
