Seaside Bungalow

A couple loves their seaside home, but the salty conditions play havoc on the house. Inspector Steve Ramos finds several signs of deterioration around the exterior due to water damage and salt air. Fixes include replacing a rotted front door, repairing the fireplace and replacing a hazardous water heater.
