House Detective
Janette Gitler and Blair Gershkow love their ranch home and its location near a creek. But they're concerned with a water saturation problem around the house, and a possible gopher infestation. Inspector Steve Ramos recommends a humane solution to the gopher situation. He also finds several areas with water damage. Leak specialist Sean Macaulay is called in to take a look at the leak. Environmental contractors Brock Emanuel and Mike Nunnaly are brought in to clean out the mold. Outside, battery powered spikes and fox urine are used to chase away the gophers.
