Floundering Foundation

Architecture buffs Caryn Wolf and Ford Frazer are concerned with the structural integrity of their 1940s style bungalow. Inspector Steve Ramos quickly finds issues with the house, including leaks around the porch that have let water find its way into the basement. Other moisture woes include deteriorated mortar around the bricks. Ramos suggests a structurally retrofitting the foundation. General contractor Arcadia Maximo is up for the job and begins the fixes.
