A 70-year old cottage is infested with termites. The House Detectives are there. Homeowner Marcy Chapman’s beautiful cottage is starting to deteriorate. Home Inspector Steve Ramos finds problems right away, like a crumbing chimney and some serious water damage on the exterior.
