Bad Pipes in Berkeley

Benta Kipp and Brian Cain live in a century old Craftsman-style cottage in Berkeley, Calif. After looking at 14 places, they offered $150,000 over asking price. Now that they own the home, the couple spends much of their free time landscaping and adding touches. But the old home does have some water issues including a clogged sewer and broken pipes. The house detective helps track down the problems and put them to rest.
