Curb Appeal ? Transforming a House by Redesigning the Exterior and Adding Creative Landscaping

It's been a long time coming and Billy feels obligated to tackle one of his biggest projects ? the exterior of the house on High Street. It has been an eye sore in this prestigious neighborhood for quite a while and renovating it will finally improve its curb appeal. Billy's manager, Brian, is worried that it will only consume more money, but Billy plans to put the house on the market, so that he can not only improve the neighborhood, but also get a return on his investment.
