This unique house was built over 200 years ago as a flour mill for the local community and was converted into a home nearly a century ago. Living in a four-story circular building presents challenges of its own, but owner Derek Malan wouldn't have it any other way.

He is now keen to once again attach sails to the front of the tower, which will provide visual interest and gracefully sweep the ground 60 feet below, as well as generate electricity for his home.
