  • Stabilize a rickety frame by re-gluing the corners and letting them dry in a vise. Insert two brads (very thin finishing nails) at the top and side of the corner (see photo), making sure they don’t touch each other.

  • If you have an old print with deckle-edged paper, try matting the print by placing it on top of the mat board instead of underneath it. This highlights the beauty of the deckled edge.
