BeforeAlthough incredible lake views lie just outside John and Eileen's 400-square-foot sunroom, they couldn't enjoy them because inside, leaks had caused water damage to the ceiling and windows. It also affected the upstairs sitting area just off the master suite. Eager to create a structure more in line with renowned architect Ernest Mayo's original design for the home, they decided to tear it down and start over.
