Before the roof was finished, the rainy Portland weather wreaked havoc with the ceiling in Brandon's bedroom. To prevent additional damage, the roofing begins in earnest, but another problem erupts.

Another inspection comes very close to passing, but one hold down prevents it. Brandon turns to the interior with a trip to a local art college for inspiration.

The next group of tradesmen take over the site to install ductwork throughout the home. A solution has been found for the deck supports. Work begins again on the deck, but the rain drains are still an issue. On the positive side, the windows have arrived. Installation begins and a solution is found for the bedroom ceiling problems.

Window installation goes smoothly except for one little problem necessitating a quick decision by Brandon. The house is much quieter once installation is complete.
