Carol Menner is a busy eye doctor in the city. Running her own medical practice can be stressful, so Carol needs a place to relax and unwind. She's found the perfect spot: the rooftop vestibule of her four-story townhouse.
Sunshine and skyline views make it an ideal location, but in its current state as a 64-square-foot storage room, it's more "utility" than Utopia. Carol and designer Helen Stapper team up to fine tune the form and maximize the function of her rooftop room and deck.
