The family of four has lived in their home for nearly a decade. They love the location of the home, but feel the floor plan needs updating. The goal of the remodel is to move the large garage away from the front of the home and create more usable living space inside.
Architect John Belcher's design reworked the main floor for a better flow of traffic, updated the style and added new bedroom space upstairs. Taking out the front garage dramatically changed the exterior, which now features French Country style with a dramatic entry and arched windows. Inside, the main floor plan was expanded and to make better use of the space. The second floor now has more bedroom space. Highlights of the remodel include the expanded kitchen and private master suite deck.
