Living on the Lake

Before, front

This home is literally right on the lake. It had a basically unfinished interior when the homeowners bought it. They wanted to create a family vacation home with lots of color and take advantage of the lake views surrounding the house. The homeowners took care of the design work with an update focusing on the floor plan. The main floor gets a living room, kitchen and new master suite while the upstairs contains two additional bedrooms.

After, front

The freshened exterior features new windows, siding and decks. The inside of the home is full of color and the floor plan is wide open. The first floor boat well was filled in and turned into a master bedroom. Highlights of the remodel include the bright kitchen and cypress paneling on the walls and ceiling.
