Steps:

1. Measure openings and transfer measurements to plywood. Use marine grade plywood for outdoor projects.

2. Clamp a long straightedge to the boards so you get a nice, straight cut. Put on your dust mask and safety goggles and cut the boards with a circular saw (figure A).

3. Test fit the doors (figure B). If they look good, then use a router to smooth the edges of the doors (figure C).

4. Smooth the surfaces with sandpaper then attach the hinges (figure D). Measure carefully and use a combination square to mark the exact position for the hinges so they're even.

5. Have an assistant hold the doors in place and attach the hinges to the frame (figure E). Finish by attaching handles to the doors.
