Darlene Brown and Joe Hartman moved into their house three years. They make it a point to eat dinner together as a family every evening, but their kitchen and dining room leave more than a little something to be desired. Carpenter James Lunday and designer Michelle Carrano will give them new cabinets, wainscoting and custom molding to create three separate yet beautifully coordinated spaces.

The space is poorly laid out; the new fridge partially blocks the entrance from the living room. The cabinets are worn and are falling off their hinges. There is very little counter space and what they do have is overly cluttered.
