Our first case takes place in the rolling hills of upstate New York. Homeowner Jay Pullman knows he has a fixer-upper on his hands, but he wants to get a better idea of how much fixing-up is ahead. To find out, he’s called in five-year veteran house inspector Tom Sherman to have a look at his 1834 Greek Revival Colonial in New Woodstock.
