For years, it seemed that the final curtain had closed for an old corset and buggy factory in Three Oaks, Mich. But Kim Clark and David Fink had something to say about it, and the show wasn’t quite over yet.
The pair not only turned the dilapidated factory into a cozy home, but also a performing arts theater. They live upstairs, but downstairs is where the action is. The two renovated the lower floor into the Acorn Theater, which brings talent from far and wide to the stage.
