Maryanne and David Mesple needed a home with plenty of room to raise their five children. The 4,000-square-foot former Little Thompson Grange Hall in Colorado has turned out to be the perfect fit.
The 100-year old rural community center has served as the site for 4H meetings, agricultural ceremonies and local concerts. David is an artist and uses the stage as part of his studio. The original kitchen cabinets have been preserved. The old coal room is now a cozy guest room and the furnace room became a large basement family room.
