Only an artist could have seen the potential in a dilapidated mill with a caved-in roof and manure-filled basement. But Patrick Costello knew it could one day be a beautiful home. His wife Joan was not so sure. Had Patrick known how difficult the conversion process would be, he may never have bought the building.
