The homeowners in this episode bought their home because of its location on the water in South Florida. They’ve been planning a remodel for three years to turn it into the home of their dreams. The main living areas need to be overhauled and expanded to create a home more in tune with its surroundings.

Designer Doug McIntee’s design creates a Key West theme for the exterior, with a large addition including a new master suite and living room. The exterior is completely transformed with a cupola and covered porch.
