The kitchen and entertaining area was integrated into the backyard landscape design.

Liz Wisialowski didn't think it was fair for husband Tom to grill away all by himself when they'd have parties. So the Pasadena, Calif., couple took the fun outside with a beautiful outdoor kitchen and entertaining area.

The three-foot deep counter easily holds a flavorful spread for large gatherings.

The functional kitchen includes a four-foot gas grill, refrigerator and warming plate. The French-country style is enhanced by a vine-covered arbor, fireplace and decorative touches such as the hand-hammered copper sink imported from Mexico.
