This house nice, but not that distinctive. Paul Duchscherer is ready to help Kim Neal and Tara Kott figure out just what they need to bring their house the Curb Appeal it needs. Here's how they accomplish it:
- Add boxwood hedge and sod and install landscaping with plants, flowers and Japanese Maple.
- Paint body of the house.
- Add black wrought iron railings in front and right hand side of the house.
- Install new French doors in front of house.
- Build and paint pergola, arbor and railings.
- Replace circular vent on the top of front of house.
- Install flagstone path.
- Add plaque to arbor for address numbers.
- Add address numbers to plaque.
- Paint front door, mailbox slot and doorbell black.
- Paint and install two redwood trellises on the front of the house.
- Place pots on front door steps with plants and two on front balcony with shrubs.
- Build water garden in center ceramic pot.
