Charming and New American Foursquare

The homeowners in this episode love the location and character of their house, but just needed more space. Part of those changes involved a much larger kitchen and master bedroom. They wanted to maintain the charm of the old home while modernizing the interior and adding space.

After, front

Designer Stephanie Bryant adjusted the floor plan on the main level for better traffic flow and expanded the kitchen. A new master suite was added upstairs. The exterior was enhanced with new materials and a full front porch. Inside, the living areas are larger and more open, each with its own classic charm. Other highlights include the unique master bath and new attic office space.
