Featured Recipe: Tomato Blue Cheese Soup
Ingredients:
24 oz. organic whole peeled tomatoes in juice
1 cup Wisconsin buttermilk blue cheese
2 cloves garlic, peeled
2 cups fresh basil
1 cup heavy cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparations:
Place all ingredients in Vita-Mix.
Start on variable speed 5, then turn Vita-Mix to high setting.
Soup will be hot and ready to serve in five minutes.

Sample Recipe: Berry Blue Smoothie
Ingredients:
2 cups fresh or slightly thawed frozen blueberries
1 container (8 ounces) low fat vanilla yogurt
1 cup milk
1 can (6 ounces) unsweetened pineapple juice
3 tablespoons honey
1-1/2 cups ice cubes (about 16 cubes)
Preparation:
Place blueberries, yogurt, milk, pineapple juice and honey in an Oster Blue Chill freezer jar.
Place jar on blender, cover and blend at medium speed until smooth.
Increase speed to high and add ice cubes, a few at a time, until finely crushed.
Serve and enjoy.
