This Vita-Mix Professional Series is not your average blender: It can turn raw vegetables into piping hot soup in a matter of minutes. The stainless steel blade generates speeds up to 240 mph, creating enough friction to bring soup up to serving temperature. Throw in fresh soup ingredients and you’ll get a steaming hot soup in minutes. The blender's other tricks include juicing, grinding, kneading dough and even making ice cream.
