From Studio to One-Bedroom Apartment

Before, interior

The guests bought the entire building where their apartment is located with the intention of remodeling. The studio was very small and the space utilization was not all it could be. They wanted to remodel and create a separate bedroom.

After, back deck

Architect Steven House's design reorganized the entry and storage space, creating a separate bedroom and enlarging the doorway to the garden.

After, Interior

The back of the building received a new deck for the garden apartment. The interior was also updated.
