Spooky Halloween Wall Decals

Create spooky Halloween wall decals with a bit of imagination and dark gray or black shelf paper.

Materials and Tools:

black or gray self-adhesive, repositionable shelf liner
scissors or craft knife
card stock
pencil
gel cutting mat or piece of cardboard

Steps:

1. Draw a pattern or search the Internet for a Halloween design to use as a template. Print design onto card stock or a similarly thick paper.

2. Cut out Halloween design to create a template. Place template onto shelf liner and trace around design. Cut out shelf paper design using scissors or a craft knife on a gel cutting mat.

3. Remove paper backing from shelf paper and apply adhesive side of design to the wall. This technique can be used to create small or large wall decals. To create large dramatic decals, like this spooky tree, simply cut out branches and limbs separately and then combine them together on the wall, overlapping seams as you go.
