Rock Star Tattoo Arm Sleeves

Get your rock star on with these funky Tattoo Arm Sleeves, the finishing touch for a rockin' Halloween costume.

Materials and Tools:

1 pair of control-top nude tights
large PVC pipe (approximately the same size as your arm)
clear tape
fabric markers in assorted colors
printed tattoo templates:
Biker Chic Tattoo Template
Fish Tattoo Template
Rock Star Tattoo Template

Steps:

1. Cut the foot and crotch area off of control-top nude tights to create two arm sleeves. Leave a bit of the control-top band intact to give the top of each arm sleeve a fray-free elasticized end. Pull the sleeve onto your arm to test the length, the sleeve should cover from the top of your arm to your wrist. Cut off any excess, this will leave a jagged edge that can be covered with an assortment of rocker bracelets.

2. Print off one of the tattoo templates included above. Tape template onto PVC pipe, making sure to tape down all corners and loose edges. Slide arm sleeve onto pipe.

3. Using fabric markers, trace tattoo design onto tights, then color in. For a truly rockin' effect, use a different template on each arm. Throw on a crazy wig, rocker T-shirt, some fun accessories and a pair of worn jeans and you're ready to rock the town this Halloween.
