- Saute fresh spinach in olive oil and garlic until slightly wilted. Place on top of a frozen pizza. Top with additional cheese. You can also add 1/2 cup of freshly chopped tomato and bake as directed (figure A).
Ice Cream Cake
1 box plain white cake mix
2 cups melted ice cream, any flavor you like
3 large eggs
Mix all three ingredients in a large bowl. Beat with an electric mixer on low speed for one minute, then on medium for two minutes or until well blended.
Pour into a greased and floured pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean, and cake just pulls away from the side of the pan. Let cool and frost with your favorite frosting.
