For Los Angeles designer Darren Ransdell, Halloween is the perfect excuse for an adult party. To help create the right "spiritual" energy for Halloween, Ransdell invited Jayme Barrett, an expert in Feng Shui. Here's how they decorated his space for the party.

Tree limbs were brought in and secured to the overhead light fixture. Orange fabric remnants hung over the branches add a pop of color.

The centerpiece is a trough-like metal container filled with rice that's been colored with orange food coloring. Candles placed on the rice help set the mood.

Dead leaves strewn onto the floor bring the outdoors in.
