1-1/2 oz. reposado tequila
3 oz. fresh orange juice
3/4 oz. grenadine
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
5 dashes cayenne pepper
dry orange zest
Fill a shaker half full of ice. Pour in 1-1/2 oz. reposado tequila and 3 oz. fresh orange juice and let sit. On a plate, mix 3 tbsp. sugar, 1/2 tsp. sea salt, 1/4 tsp. cinnamon, 5 dashes cayenne pepper and some dry orange zest. Run an orange slice along the outer rim of a cocktail glass and rim the edge of the glass with the dry mixture. Shake and strain the contents of the shaker into the cocktail glass. Slowly pour 3/4 oz. grenadine down the side of the glass and let it settle at the bottom. Garnish with an orange wheel.
