Ingredients:
2 pints strawberries, sliced into large pieces
1 whole tomato, sliced into large pieces
2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
fresh mint, for garnish
Directions:
Combine strawberries and tomato slices in a large bowl.
Drizzle the balsamic vinegar over the strawberries and tomatoes. Serve with fresh mint leaves.
