Materials and Tools:foam wreath form
loopy silver tinsel garland
green matte and shiny shatterproof balls
red matte and shiny shatterproof balls
polka-dot grosgrain ribbon
wire snips
hot glue gun and glue sticks
Steps:
1. Tightly wrap tinsel garland around wreath form until it is completely covered. Attach garland ends to the back of wreath with hot glue.
2. Wrap polka-dot ribbon around wreath, leaving areas of silver tinsel visible. To prevent the ribbon from slipping, it's easiest to attach it with hot glue as you wrap.
3. Remove the metal caps from ornaments by pulling straight up on them, or if the caps are glued on, simply snip off the top metal loop. Finally, attach the ornaments, top side down, to the wreath with hot glue, alternating ornament colors and sheen.
