Rosemary and Thyme White Bean Dip
Everyone loves a party dip, and this is a great one featuring fresh herbs.

Ingredients:
1/2 garlic clove
1-1/4 cups canned romano beans, drained and rinsed
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
2 Tbsp. fresh rosemary
2 Tbsp. fresh thyme, save
extra-virgin olive oil, as needed
cold water, as needed
salt and pepper, to taste
whole-wheat pita breads, lavash, Belgium endive and radicchio as desired
Directions:
Place garlic, beans and liquid into a food processor and blend until smooth.
Add fresh herbs into the food processor and blend until incorporated.
Serve with half of a whole-wheat pita bread, lavash, Belgium endive or radicchio.
