Materials and Tools:
foam wreath form
silver spray paint
wide ribbon in assorted colors
T-pins
scissorsSteps:
1. Spray-paint foam wreath form silver, and allow to thoroughly dry.
2. Cut ribbon into 4-inch pieces. Gather ends of ribbon together to create a loop and attach loops to wreath form with T-pins, making sure to cover the front and sides of the wreath form. Tip: To make the wreath look full, pin ribbon loops closely together, so none of the form is visible between ribbon sections.
